Order Process
We process 1000s of memorials every month, we always keep it simple for you. Here is how!

Step 1 – Order & Design specification

Chose the memorial design, color, size and layout. Using our online design tool, you enter the memorial information and chose the design layout. Ask for any additional changes to the layout indicating it in the notes section.

Step 2 – Expert designed layout for approval

Our expert designers will refine the layout and provide you with at least 3 more design options complete with 3 dimensional rendering of the memorial. You will receive the layout within 1 business day.

Step 2a: Design revision

Ask for revisions to the layout. Just reply back to the email and we will make the changes that you ask for. We do not charge you for the revisions. We will not stop until you get what you want. Do not approve the layout until you are completely satisfied with the design.

Step 3 – Cemetery approval & compliance

If you require us to ship the memorial to the cemetery, we will contact the cemetery after you approve the design. The cemetery will receive all the details of the memorial and the design layout for approval. We will complete all the paper work that they require us to fill in and get their approval for shipment. Depending on the cemetery setup it may take about 1 to 3 days to get the approval from the cemetery. We will keep you informed if there is a longer delay. In some situation we may ask for your assistance in communicating with the cemetery.

Step 4 – Production

All our products are carefully crafted at our own manufacturing plants and from the best of the materials available for our quarries. Our 21 step quality control process ensures the memorial for your loved ones is nothing but the best. We make sure that the memorial is made to the design specifications approved by you. In-stock memorials will be processed within 7 business days, while custom made memorials may take about 3 months from the time of the layout approval.

Step 5 – Finished product picture for approval

We send you pictures of the finished memorial for approval, along with the cemetery approval. Please review the pictures and make sure the memorial is exactly what you approved of. If you have any questions regarding the picture or the monument ask us. We will be happy to provide anymore information and additional pictures. Please review all the names, spelling and dates on the memorial, color and size before approving the pictures. We will not ship any order without the picture approval.

Step 6 – Delivery

All our memorials come with free shipping. We carefully pack the memorials in specially design wooden crates with ample protection to withstand the domestic trucking. We pay more to get you lift gate delivery service. Our trucker will unload the crates and set it on the ground. You will receive a call at least one hour before the scheduled delivery so that you or someone authorized by you can receive the memorial. If you are unable to sign for the memorial in person, please fill in the delivery acceptance form, so that the trucker will deliver in your absence.

Step 7 – Feedback & referral
